Subscription and Payment Policy

This Subscription and Payment Policy applies when you subscribe and make payment for our Paid Services (described below).

1. Services

1.1. Paid Services

In addition to our free messaging and channels which our registered “Members” send and receive business messaging for free, We also provide “Paid Services“ “Paid Services“ which are upgraded and enhanced features over those free features.

1.2. Ads Credits Package

Talkou provide ads running services which you can run advertisement to promote your products and services. To run advertisement on Talkou, you need Ads Credits.

You can choose from 4 different packages within Ads Credits packages

  1. 200 Credits Package
  2. 500 Credits Package
  3. 1000 Credits Package
  4. 2000 Credits Package

 

There is no expiration date for ads credits, they are consumed only when you run advertisement.

2.1. Payment

We provide two payment methods to accept payment in all countries Talkou operate:

  1. Payment with card:Visa and Mastercard
  2. Payment with Boogir Coins

 

Payment with Visa and Mastercard is not auto-recharge, you will need to make payment manually when your ads credits is low.

To be able to pay with Boogir Coins, you need to have your coins available on your Boogir account and make sure you have created Transfer Coins in Boogir account.

2.2. Refund Policy

All subscription on Talkou platform are digital products and all payments are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for unused, or partially used “Ads Credits“ package, you can keep “Ads Credits“ as long as you want and use them when you need.
